Prototype scope. One hand-verified country, built to test whether geography deepens the story — whether seeing where a force came from and how far it had to reach explains the history better than an abstract diagram. Arc paths are schematic: maritime empires are routed by sea, land neighbours arc directly. Every causal link still carries its justification, surfaced rather than asserted.
